A unique cotton cross-body tote bag with a zip top closure and adjustable length shoulder strap. The bag was entirely handmade, each individual fabric piece was printed with rusty metal and subsequently dyed in black tea. The main body fabric is a chocolate brown sturdy cotton canvas, dyed with plant dyes, complementing the various rusty tones of the contrast fabric . The lining is made of soft batiste cotton, also rust printed and dyed with plant dyes.  
 
It is a statement piece, due to its one of a kind design, perfect on the go when you want something a little simpler but still keep organised. It is quite spacious and stable, it does not collapse when set down, due to the padding used as stabiliser.
 
It features two inside pockets and  3 exterior pockets, two at the back, and a large one at the front of the bag, with an invisible magnetic snap closure.
Approximate dimensions: 9 1/2" wide by 3" deep (measured at base) 9 1/4" tall, width at top opening is 12 1/2".
The adjustable shoulder strap is fastened with two detachable brass swivel clasps, so you can remove it when washing if required.
 
Care instructions:
Preferably spot clean only with a damp cloth where necessary.  If you need to wash the entire bag, hand-wash only, to maintain the shape, as machine washing may twist it out of shape.
